A2 You can book whenever you need subject to the availability of the driver and transport. It is usually at least 2 hours in advance so that the driver and yourself can factor in for any contingency such as heavy traffic jam and other unexpected events.
Q3 How much notice is required if I need to book on an urgent basis?
A3 For an urgent basis, you may contact directly to the driver at the above mobile number to work out an arrangement.
Q4 Is there cancellation charges for advance booking?
A4 Normally there is no cancellation fees for standard booking. However for circumstances as mentioned below, refund of fees as follows for confirm advance booking:
A4a Cancellation made 72 hours (3 days) before booking pick-up date and time - 100% REFUND
A4b Cancellation made within 72 hours (3 days) to 24 hours (1 day) before booking pick-up date and time - 50% REFUND
A4c Cancellation made less than 24 hours (1 day) before booking pick-up date and time - NO REFUND
Q5 What is the mode of payment?
A5 The mode of payment can be by cash upon the completion of journey as contracted, or it can be by issuing of a crossed cheque on company account. Other form of payment can be by via PayNow, phone banking apps via Mobile No./NRIC No./ UEN No. For booking made through the website, payment can be made through internet banking. Please do take note that there is no in-vehicle credit card/Nets machine for swiping credit card/Nets for payment.
Q6 Is there a security deposit for advance booking?
A6 You may have to pay in advance as a security deposit depending on some circumstances such as high demand holidays season to confirm a booking, however we will normally in most situations, collect the payment at the end of every trip.

A7 Yes, the vehicle are fully insured in accordance with the rules and regulations as laid down by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore.
Q8 Is the driver registered?
A8 Yes, the driver is compulsory to be registered, approved and licensed in accordance with the rules and regulations as laid down by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore.
Q9 How do I contact the driver?
A9 The designated and assigned driver's name, the mobile contact number and the vehicle's particular such as vehicle number, Make and color will be given to you during the booking process and your contact details will be given to the driver for any communication purposes.
Q10 Does your driver do "meet and greet " service?
A10 Yes, the driver will provide this "meet and greet" you or your guest with a placard displaying your name or your guest/your company name as stated on the Booking Form - Message/Comments section.
